HVI & Whitelist Info

• POTUS & VPOTUS: Highest priority (auto guard). If unguarded, immediately switch to them. If already 4+ guards, continue current duty.
• Other HVIs: Government officials (WH staff, Congress, Justices, etc.). Guard only if requested.
• Whitelisted Personnel: Government Officials, Ownership Team, Staff, Anyone requested by HVI, DOJ Officials, "Whitelisted Everywhere" role.

Arrest Charges & Times

• Trespassing: 120 sec
• Near HVI (5 studs): Warn -> Drag out -> If repeat: 120 sec
• Trolling: 3 warns -> 100 sec
• Threatening: 3 warns -> 90 sec
• Resisting: +70 sec added
• Shooting SS/POTUS: 200 sec
• Random shooting: 3 warns -> 90 sec
• Random killing: 165 sec
• Attempted murder: 200 sec

Arrest Format & Cuff Guidelines

FORMAT: "You are under arrest for [Charge]. You will be jailed for [Time]. You have the right to remain silent. Open a support ticket if needed."

• No joking/friendly cuffing.
• Always follow regulations and use common sense.
• Every arrest must match a valid charge. Abuse = punishment/demotion.

General Rank-Up

• Chief: No promotion
• HICOM: When position is free
• MIDCOM: Based on performance
• LOWCOM: 3 events/week (for 3 weeks)
• In-Training: Complete phases

Training Department

• Junior Instructor: E-5+, 1 week service, Complete supervision
• Instructor: 1 week as JI, 5 events
• Supervisor: 1 week as Instructor, 5 trainings + 5 tryouts

Guarding & Quota

• OOS active -> no chatting unless necessary.
• Know formations (Box, Orb). Wear correct uniform.
• Supervisors: 2 events/week
• LOWCOM: 2 events OR 1.5h activity/week
